I first met Claudia while shooting her friend's wedding in a charming chateau outside of Paris the summer before last. I absolutely love destination weddings because they are thick with tradition and rooted in history. Both of these weddings turned out to be magical events where all the elements of culture and beauty and fashion and most of all - love - come together to create an unforgettable day.
While I briefly met her in France, I didn't see Claudia again until the day of her wedding which is also when I finally met Eduardo. You know those friends you have who you say "how are you still single?!?" Yep, that's Claudia and Eduardo. Two amazing people who walked into each other's lives and it suddenly made perfect sense why it never worked out with anyone else.
The ceremony could not have been more personal. Claudia's mother pronounced them man and wife while their dog, friends, and family looked on. Eduardo's Venezuelan heritage influenced everything from the delicious hors d'oeuvres to dinner to the yummy cakes and cookies his aunt made. And, their guests celebrated on the dance floor with the Hora Loca (crazy hour).
